The Archive is now well established and increasingly being used by researchers and others. Our fundraising team is seeking an individual with experience of writing applications to grant-giving bodies who can help us open this new source of income.

Scanning, Cataloguing and Indexing help needed
The Archive is expanding steadily and every document in it has to be catalogued, and also indexed to help users find what they’re interested in. A small team of volunteers works on this under the direction of the User Experience Committee, but we could do with one or two more people.
Indexing is like coding and can be done in short bursts or for longer periods as preferred. It’s a good way of exploring the contents of the Archive. Full training is given. Volunteers need to be able to access the Archive easily online and use Excel spreadsheets.
The Contents Committee would also like to hear from anyone who has an efficient printer-scanner linked to their home PC who could undertake occasional scanning for us.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested or would like to know more.
