The social history of Britain since WW2 is recorded by Market and Social Research; help us to keep it alive.

An archive is a collective memory; AMSR is more than just a collective memory of the market and social research industry.   By building the AMSR into a sustainable set of digital and paper records that cover the last 70+ years we can provide an essential backdrop to the social and cultural life of the UK since WW2, setting events, social movements and technological developments into context.

As one of the significant post-war business sectors that changed the economy and our society, we believe it is important that the work done by market researchers and their clients is not lost.  It will be of interest to many: for example, social and cultural historians, economists, academics/students, journalists and of course future generations of market researchers.
